- Must have a good knowledge of Medical Equipments and able to market same.
- Make contacts through telephone calls, in person visits and make product presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintenance of business relationship with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organisation’s products
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain a profitable rapport with customers
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, exhibitions etc.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Drive action plans to increase sales and recovery of outstanding.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Passion for technology and sales, ability to learn technologies, products, and Services and align these products and services to customer needs
- Drive for results and to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and used to teamwork.
- Excellent English literacy is mandatory
