- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and filing documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure the security of the school premises.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
- Assist in emergency procedures by following established protocols, such as contacting authorities or informing staff and students.
